Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to support sales growth by meeting architects, builders, and walk-in customers, increasing showroom visits, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visit architects, builders, and interior designers as per monthly plan

Invite and coordinate architect visits to the showroom

Follow up on leads generated by seniors, architects, and walk-ins

Assist customers in marble selection and close retail sales

Maintain daily visit reports and lead follow-ups

Support senior team members in project coordination

Achieve assigned sales and visit targets

Desired Candidate Profile

2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing or building materials

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn marble products and applications

Comfortable with field sales and showroom coordination

Target-oriented and disciplined

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹5 – ₹5.5 Lakh per annum
