About the Organization

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our network, onboard training partners, and drive empanelment opportunities with Sector Skill Councils, universities, government bodies, and training organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the skill development and vocational training ecosystem

  • Generate leads and establish partnerships with:

    • Training Providers (TPs)

    • Sector Skill Councils (SSCs)

    • Universities and Awarding Bodies

    • Government Departments and Institutions

  • Drive empanelment processes with various organizations for assessment services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assessment projects

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches

  • Track market trends, government schemes, and policy updates in the skill ecosystem

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in skill development, education, or government projects)

  • Strong understanding of NCVET framework, SSC ecosystem, and assessment processes (preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
