Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our network, onboard training partners, and drive empanelment opportunities with Sector Skill Councils, universities, government bodies, and training organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the skill development and vocational training ecosystem
Generate leads and establish partnerships with:
Training Providers (TPs)
Sector Skill Councils (SSCs)
Universities and Awarding Bodies
Government Departments and Institutions
Drive empanelment processes with various organizations for assessment services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assessment projects
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
Track market trends, government schemes, and policy updates in the skill ecosystem
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in skill development, education, or government projects)
Strong understanding of NCVET framework, SSC ecosystem, and assessment processes (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
