We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Explain company services/products to clients effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain proper communication records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and present sales reports to management
