Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who will help in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the growth of our recruitment business. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, recruitment consulting, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential companies that may require recruitment services
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling
Connect with HR managers, founders, and hiring managers to introduce our recruitment services
Maintain and update lead database and client communication records
Support in preparing client proposals, service agreements, and commercial discussions
Assist in scheduling meetings with potential clients
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements
Contribute to business growth strategies and market research
