Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1 - 8 Years of experience in business development 

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to analyze data and market trends, knowledge for international market research.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Project management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Must have skills in lead generation, revenue growth and new business development.
