We are hiring for the position of Business Development Executive at our Baner, Pune office.

Position: Business Development Executive

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented professional to explore and onboard companies that require HR and Payroll services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, and promoting our HR & payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach companies for HR & Payroll service requirements

• Generate leads through calling, networking, and references

• Handle client communication and understand business requirements

• Explain company services and close business deals

• Coordinate with internal HR & payroll team for smooth onboarding

• Maintain client database and follow-up records

• Support company growth by achieving monthly targets

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of HR & Payroll processes

• Client relationship management

• Lead generation & negotiation skills

• MS Excel & basic reporting knowledge

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
