📌 Role Overview:

🔸 Open Market Sales:

Engage with customers in assigned areas, generate leads, and drive credit card sales.

🔸 Store-Based Sales:

Work from partner stores/malls, interact with walk-in customers, and promote SBI Credit Cards.

👨‍💼 Team Leader Role:

- Must onboard minimum 6 team members

- Prior team handling & sales experience is mandatory

- Responsible for team performance and target achievement

---

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell SBI Credit Cards

- Explain product features and benefits

- Maintain customer follow-ups and data

- Achieve sales targets consistently

---

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is Mandatory

- Telugu & Hindi communication required

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (Executive role)

- Team Leader role requires relevant experience

- Age limit: Up to 30 years

💰 Compensation:

- Executive: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives

- Team Leader: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

👉 Salary is negotiable based on experience and interview performance

- 6 Days Working
