Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present suitable products or services.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
