Sales Development & Demo Executive
We’re hiring a Sales Development & Demo Executive to drive outbound lead generation, speak with HR decision-makers, run product demos, and convert interest into trials and customers.
This is a target-driven role for someone comfortable with outbound sales, follow-ups, and structured execution.
Responsibilities
Generate leads using LinkedIn and outbound outreach
Connect with HR leaders, recruiters, and founders
Call prospects, understand hiring needs, and qualify leads
Schedule and conduct product demos
Explain product value, pricing, and onboarding
Drive trials, signups, and paid conversions
Update CRM with all outreach, calls, demos, and follow-ups
Key Metrics
Leads generated
Calls and quality conversations
Demos completed
Trial, signup, and paid conversions
CRM accuracy and discipline
Requirements
1–3 years experience in inside sales, telecalling, or SaaS sales preferred
Strong communication skills (English + local language)
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
Comfortable with outbound calling and demos
Basic CRM knowledge
