Conduct site visits and space walkthroughs for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely onboarding
Build and maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals
Collaborate with marketing teams for events, promotions, and campaigns
Identify local partnerships (brokers, consultants, startup communities)
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing
