Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and explain company services to potential clients

• Engage with property owners to understand requirements and maintain follow-ups

• Coordinate property inspections with field teams

• Meet clients in person and build strong relationships

• Identify opportunities and convert interactions into qualified leads

• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and conversions

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal teams

• Confidence in face-to-face meetings and negotiations

• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
