We are hiring for some Leading Banks for the position of Business Development Executive

Grade - Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager

Ctc - 4Lpa (Upto)

Location - Kolkata

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their banking needs.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.

• Utilize a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to cross-sell and up-sell.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Strong understanding of financial products and services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent targets.

• Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
