We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team PerfectKode Software Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Sales executive to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode’s services and SaaS products.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP, Payroll/HRM solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
