About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive who can generate international leads, conduct client meetings, and close website development deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified leads from the USA and other international markets.
- Reach prospects through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
- Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings.
- Present our website development and digital solutions.
- Understand client requirements, recommend suitable services, and negotiate pricing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages.
- Convert prospects into paying customers and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain lead trackers and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the founders and technical team during project handover.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and international client acquisition.
- Confidence in cold outreach and virtual meetings.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach.

💰 Compensation
Performance-based commission of 25% per successfully closed deal.
