🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research and outreach

- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Support senior team members in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities

- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems

- Learn and understand company products/services to effectively communicate value to clients

- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall team goals

🎯 Additional Candidate Preferences

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- No active backlogs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a business development/sales role

- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business concepts

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Interest in the education or technology sector is a plus
