About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to build strategic B2B partnerships with NBFCs and FinTech companies.
This role is not pure sales.
The focus is on partner onboarding, SaaS product integration, and long-term relationships, where our software platforms are adopted and used by partner organizations.Software Solutions to be Sold
· LOS – Loan Origination System
· LMS – Loan Management System
· LCS – Loan Collection System
· AMS – Account Management System
· GMS - Grow My Score
Key Responsibilities
· Hunt and onboard B2B clients (NBFCs / FinTech companies) for LoanOps & Grow My Score software
· Sell end-to-end software solutions only (no product or service sales)
· Generate leads through market research, outreach, advertising, and networking
· Pitch software demos and close deals with key decision-makers
· Develop strategic partnerships with NBFCs, lenders, and FinTech firms
· Handle commercial discussions, pricing, negotiations, and agreements
· Manage the complete B2b lifecycle from lead generation to closure
· Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B software sales
· Mandatory experience in NBFC / FinTech domain
· Strong understanding of LMS, LOS, CS, and AMS
· Experience selling software/SaaS to NBFCs or financial institutions
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
· Ability to independently hunt clients and close partnerships
