We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Kannada and English, with the ability to handle clients, generate leads, and close property deals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and legal details to clients
Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure deal closures
Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with sales managers, channel partners, and marketing teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Kannada and English (Tamil/Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage)
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Willingness to travel for site visits
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Education Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma / PUC
MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage
