About the Role
Nirvaan Mental Wellness is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, partnerships, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate/institutional partners.
Conduct calls, meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.
Maintain sales records and achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Sales/business development experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Comfortable working from the Greater Noida office.
