Business Development Manager – IT Services

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in B2B IT/Software Services sales to drive new client acquisition across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, Apollo, Snov.io and other channels.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client closure.

• Proven experience in international lead generation / international sales, preferably with US, UK, UAE, Europe or other overseas markets.

• Conduct client meetings and understand software/project requirements.

• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers.

• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers for solution discussions.

• Negotiate with clients and convert opportunities into projects.

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.

• Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
