Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our creative PR and branding team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand communication, digital marketing, and client engagement. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth across PR, digital, and creative services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branding, PR, and digital marketing space.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued collaboration and client satisfaction.

• Develop and execute effective strategies to onboard new clients and strengthen brand partnerships.

• Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach via calls, emails, and client meetings.

• Present agency services and creative solutions to prospective clients with strong communication and pitch skills.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams—strategy, creative, and digital—to develop customized proposals and campaigns.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and regular sales reports.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a PR, advertising, or digital marketing agency.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital trends.

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and confident in client interactions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend improvements.
