We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) at an entry level to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, execute, and build a strong foundation in business development, especially in the EdTech domain.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities

• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, and email outreach

• Handle and follow up on company-provided leads effectively

• Support in achieving individual sales targets

• Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage basic sales pipeline

• Assist senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution

• Create short video content for social media (product promotion / educational tips)

• Provide overall support to the team in achieving individual and team targets

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business, etc.)

• 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development (Freshers are welcome)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales and the EdTech industry
