Key Job Responsibilities Sole responsibility is to bring in NCA to the branch Familiarizing customers with all MFL products and services offered. Growing business through development of new leads and contacts Procuring new customers through direct contact, word-of-mouth, references, and collaboration with localities in branch vicinity Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Reviewing customer feedback along with hierarchy and implementing necessary changes. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Professional yet affable disposition. Neat, well-groomed appearance. Great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
