Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits and cover assigned market areas
Identify MSME business owners and build a strong lead pipeline
Present Munafa Engine’s solution and explain the clear business benefits
Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales funnel
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Coordinate with backend teams for smooth onboarding
Maintain daily reporting, follow-ups, and activity logs

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills
Confidence in face-to-face meetings
Good follow-up and discipline in daily reporting
Ability to learn and deliver structured pitch scripts
Basic Google Sheets knowledge
Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
Smartphone with WhatsApp
Willingness to travel across Nagpur
Immediate joiner preferred
