Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will interact directly with potential customers, understand their health and wellness needs, and guide them toward the right health solutions and programs.This role is ideal for MBA freshers who are confident communicators, passionate about sales, and excited to build customer relationships in the health & wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and online channels
Understand customer health goals and recommend suitable wellness solutions and programs
Sell and promote structured health & wellness programs, including:
Diet Management Programs
Cholesterol Management Programs
Weight Loss & Lifestyle Improvement Programs
Yoga Classes & Wellness Sessions
Personalized Diet Plans
Explain program benefits, pricing, and outcomes to guide customers through the purchase journey
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales
Build strong customer relationships to ensure retention, renewals, and repeat purchases
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions in CRM
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing
Key Requirements
MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
Customer-focused approach and consultative selling skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
