Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our technology and startup support services to founders and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new founders, startups, and entrepreneurs
Explain company services related to tech support, digital solutions, and business setup
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Schedule meetings for product/service
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal and onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client data and follow-ups in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or startup ecosystem
Good communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of startups, founders, and entrepreneurial needs
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated and target-driven
Hindi is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling tech, SaaS, or digital services
Familiarity with startup accelerators, incubators, or founder communities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
