Job Overview
Midgrow is hiring a Business Development Executive to strengthen our B2B sales pipeline. This is a performance-driven outbound sales role focused on calling businesses, qualifying leads, supporting deal closures, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with sales conversations, rejection, accountability, and performance-based income, and who want real exposure to •B2B sales environments•.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Qualification
Make outbound calls using verified B2B contact data• provided by Midgrow
• Communicate with:
• Business owners
• Founders
• Marketing heads & decision-makers
Present Midgrow’s digital solutions in a clear, professional, and consultative manner•
• Identify client requirements related to:
• Website & web application development
• Mobile app development
• Digital marketing & SEO
• AI video & branding solutions
• Qualify prospects based on:
• Requirement clarity
• Decision-making authority
• Interest & readiness
• Support deal progression and closures in coordination with the founder
2. Secondary Outreach & Follow-Ups
• LinkedIn, Instagram & Telegram outreach using structured messages
• WhatsApp follow-ups with warm or interested leads
• Email follow-ups for introductions and reminders
• Basic market research and lead enrichment
Note: Outbound calling is the core responsibility. Secondary channels are used to improve conversions.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate call logs and lead status records•
• Update CRM / lead tracking sheets regularly
• Share feedback on objections, market response, and lead quality
• Follow internal sales processes and data usage guidelines

• Daily outbound call activity
• Quality of business conversations
• Follow-up discipline & consistency
• Contribution to deal closures & revenue
Required Skills & Competencies
