Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring new opportunities, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, networking, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Maintain proper follow-ups and update client records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
