Job Description – Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads through market research, customer visits, trade fairs, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, customers, and overseas partners.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
Handle export inquiries, order processing, and coordination with logistics, documentation, and finance teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements in target markets.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion objectives.
Coordinate with production, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure timely order execution and compliance.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education : B. Pharm. / M. Pharm. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. or any graduate
Experience : 6 months up experience in the same field.
Experience in pharma company preferred.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical or laboratory products and markets
Proven experience in business development or sales (pharma/labs/healthcare preferred)
Export and Domestic sales.
