Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Site Engineer in plot development manages on-site execution of land development projects, ensuring proper layout formation, infrastructure work and compliance with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

● Site Preparation & Layout

● Conduct land survey and leveling (cut & fill work)

● Mark plot boundaries, roads and common areas as per approved layout

● Coordinate with surveyors for accurate site setting-out

● Infrastructure Development

● Oversee drainage systems (storm water drains, culverts)

● Monitor water supply lines, borewell work and sewage systems

● Ensure electrical ducting, street lighting and cable laying

● Execution & Supervision

● Manage contractors, machine operators and labor teams

● Track daily site activities and progress

● Ensure proper use of machinery like excavators, rollers, graders

● Ensure work is done as per drawings and technical standards

● Safety & Reporting

● Enforce safety practices on-site

● Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

● Report delays, risks and technical issues to management

Qualifications

● Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

● 3–5 years experience

● Experience in layout projects is a strong advantage
