Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and manage client leads through calls and follow-ups

Explain company financial products and services to clients

Assist customers in Demat account opening process

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and onboarding

Maintain client database and daily reports in Excel/MIS

Resolve basic customer queries professionally

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

Confidence in client interaction and calling

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Team handling and coordination skills

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream
