We are hiring a target-driven Field Sales professional to generate B2B and direct sales for smart home, hotel, and enterprise automation solutions. The role involves regular field visits, meeting architects, interior designers, builders, and direct customers, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals independently.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and generate new leads
Build relationships with architects, builders & hotel clients
Present and sell smart automation solutions
Handle end-to-end sales cycle and achieve targets
1–4 years of field/B2B sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willing to travel for client meetings
