Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads through campaigns and references.
• Client Management: Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Property Presentations: Conduct site visits and explain pricing, payment plans, and project details.
• Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly booking targets and consistently improve conversion ratios.
• CRM Management: Maintain a strong follow-up system and update lead status in the CRM.
• End-to-End Support: Coordinate with the legal and CRM teams to support customers until final closure
