Business Developement JDJob Description – Business Development Executive Company: KNS Metro Properties Position: Business Development Executive – Plot Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome) Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview: KNS Metro Properties is hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to drive plot sales for our premium real estate projects. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and sales conversions. While prior real estate sales experience is an advantage, freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through calls, references, field activities, social media, and property portals. Handle customer inquiries and explain project details effectively. Conduct site visits with clients and present project features and investment benefits. Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain positive client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive walk-ins and sales. Stay informed about competitor projects, pricing, and market updates.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills. Negotiation and persuasion ability. Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven. Ability to handle fieldwork, site visits, and client interactions. Basic knowledge of real estate sales (added advantage but not mandatory).Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field. 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred).
