We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help us generate new business opportunities for our IT services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, contacting them, understanding their business requirements, presenting our services, and converting qualified leads into projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business clients.

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, online research, and other channels.

• Contact decision-makers and introduce our IT services.

• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.

• Pitch website development, mobile application development, software development, UI/UX and other digital solutions.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.

• Convert potential opportunities into projects.

• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.

• 6 month-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role.

• Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills and are interested in sales.

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Bengali is an advantage.

• Comfortable with calling and communicating with new clients.

• Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Ability to independently search for and approach potential clients.

• Basic knowledge of computers, internet research, LinkedIn, and email.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
