Kianext Healthcare is looking for a proactive, organized and responsible professional to support our growing business. The role is primarily focused on procurement, sales coordination and day-to-day business operations, with additional exposure to digital marketing, AI content creation and e-commerce activities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

The primary focus of this role:

1. Procurement & Purchase Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for enquiries, quotations and requirements.

Follow up on purchase orders, materials, production and deliveries.

Maintain regular vendor communication and track pending activities.

Maintain basic purchase records and follow-up status.

2. Sales Coordination & Customer Follow-Up

Coordinate with the sales team, customers and internal departments.

Handle sales enquiries, customer follow-ups, quotations and order coordination.

Prepare and maintain basic sales reports and follow-up records.

Support day-to-day sales activities and ensure timely communication.

3. General Business Operations

Coordinate routine activities between different functions and departments.

Maintain records, reports, trackers and pending-task follow-ups.

Manage multiple priorities and ensure assigned work is completed on time.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate issues proactively.

ADDITIONAL / SUPPORTING SKILLS :

These skills are an advantage; advanced expertise is not required:

4. Digital & Social Media Support

Basic working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.

Assist with social media content planning, posting and routine activities.

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.

5. AI & Creative Content Tools

Comfortable using AI tools for basic image generation and editing.

Basic knowledge of AI-based video creation/editing tools.

Ability to assist with simple product creatives, visuals and short-form content.

6. E-Commerce Support

Basic working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra seller portals.

Basic understanding of product listings, catalogue updates and order management.

Willingness to learn and support routine e-commerce activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Strong organizational ability and a practical multitasking approach.

Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn new software and platforms.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proactive, responsible and result-oriented attitude.

Strong willingness to learn is more important than being an expert in every supporting skill.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION :

Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant practical skills.

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business operations, purchase, e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.

Candidates with strong practical ability and communication skills may be considered regardless of specialization.

Experience with AI tools, social media or e-commerce portals will be an added advantage.
