Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, emails, online platforms and market research.
Contact potential customers and introduce KC India’s testing services.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements and quotations.
Maintain customer and lead databases in Excel/CRM.
Schedule and coordinate customer visits and meetings, can attend the meeting in Pan India / exhibitions also.
Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
Prepare follow-up reports and daily/weekly sales updates.
Preferred Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma / Any Graduate can apply.
Electrical/Electronics background will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to make calls and interact with customers.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
