What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with used-vehicle dealers onboarded across Gujarat
Provide hands-on tech support and product demos whenever dealers run into issues using the platform
Drive subscription sign-ups and renewals - clearly communicate value, handle objections, and close
Review, approve, and upload dealer vehicle listings, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
Onboard new dealers smoothly - guide them through setup and their first few listings
Proactively track dealer activity; re-engage dealers who've gone quiet or inactive
Resolve dealer complaints and issues quickly to keep their trust in the platform high
Capture dealer feedback and relay it to the founder/product team
Continuously look for ways to improve listing quality and dealer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Strong ownership mindset and long-term thinking - treats dealer relationships as long-term partnerships, not one-off interactions
Good sales instinct, especially for subscription and renewal conversations
Patient and clear - comfortable being the "tech support" person for dealers who may not be very tech-savvy
High attention to detail, especially when approving and uploading listings
Adaptable, quick decision-making, and calm under pressure - every day with dealers looks different
Humble and disciplined, but proactive - doesn't wait to be told what to do
Good with computers/technology and confident demoing or teaching platform features
Genuinely hungry to grow - excited to help build the dealer network from the ground up
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/BBA background is a plus, not required)
1–3 years in account management, channel/B2B sales, field sales, or vendor relationship roles (strong freshers also considered)
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working proficiency in English
Comfortable with basic tech troubleshooting and explaining product features to non-technical users
