Training Counselor – Safa King
Safa King is looking for a motivated and confident Training Counselor to promote and explain our skill-based training programs to students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about Safa King training programs.
Generate leads through schools, colleges and institutions.
Contact interested students and parents and follow up with leads.
Explain training programs, benefits and career opportunities.
Convert interested leads into enrollments.
Participate in field visits and marketing activities.
Maintain regular follow-up and lead reports.
Requirements:
Good communication and counselling skills.
Good Hindi and Gujarati communication; basic English preferred.
Experience in sales, counselling, education or field marketing is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Comfortable with field work.
Job Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–5 years
Salary: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. Training and support will be provided.
