Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Source potential candidates via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram).
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calls, direct messages, and structured email campaigns.
Conversion: Call leads to explain the value of JIPL’s workshops, converting prospects into successful course enrollments.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or EdTech sales.
Proficiency in social media professional outreach and basic data tracking.
