Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA) (Lucknow)

Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Sector 03, Rajshri Complex, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow (Onsite)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in telesales / inside sales

Preferred: Prior experience in counselling / education consulting / student advisory roles

Salary Range: Rs.10,000 to Rs.18,000 in hand

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads (students/parents/clients)

• Understand individual needs and explain relevant educational services, guidance, and

programmes

• Counsel and convert leads into enquiries and confirmed service engagements

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM

• Achieve daily and monthly sales/counselling targets

• Collaborate with the counselling and admissions team for handoffs and follow-ups

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid telesales or client-facing sales experience

• Strong counselling, communication, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Good command of Hindi (mandatory) and basic English (preferred)

• Ability to handle queries professionally and convert leads effectively

• Prior exposure to education/consultancy/admissions related telesales
