Profit Venture Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to build professional relationships with potential clients.

This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates who want to grow their career in sales and business development while working in a dynamic and professional environment.

## Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms

• Generate quality leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Explain company services/products professionally to prospective clients

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth

• Maintain daily activity reports and client interaction records

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations

• Participate in training and business development activities

🗓 Duration: 1.5 – 2 Months

💰 Expected Salary after confirmation: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
