About the Role:
Join IzzyHouse, a fast-growing vacation rental and property management brand, as a Business Development Executive. We’re looking for smart, confident, and goal-driven professionals who can build strong partnerships, onboard new properties, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with property owners to onboard new villas and stays.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners and clients.
Understand property potential and present IzzyHouse’s services and benefits effectively.
Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close partnership deals.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Represent IzzyHouse at meetings, events, and networking sessions.
Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
✅ Strong presentation and convincing skills.
✅ Good understanding of sales, hospitality, or real estate (preferred).
✅ Confident personality with a professional and positive attitude.
✅ Ability to meet targets and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
