We are looking for a Technician Hiring & Supply Coordinator to join our team at Wiffy. This role involves hiring technicians through calling, supporting onboarding and verification, and helping manage technician supply for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily calls to hire technicians across different skill sets.
Support verification, onboarding, and app compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technician availability.
Track hiring and onboarding updates using basic reports.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is any graduate or final-year student, with prior calling-based hiring experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume calling, have good communication skills in Hindi, basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel, and an interest in hiring or operations.
