Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer queries regarding solar products and services
• Generate and qualify leads for the Sales Team
• Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams
• Achieve individual productivity and quality targets
• Ensure adherence to company processes and customer service standards
