Job Title
Business Development Executive – Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
• Handle leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital campaigns.
• Contact, qualify and convert inbound leads into potential clients.
• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Google search, email outreach and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IIMCPL services.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email until conversion.
• Schedule client meetings and software/service demos.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for quotations, proposals and demos.
• Maintain complete lead and follow-up information in the CRM/LMS.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B prospect pipeline.
• Achieve monthly lead, meeting, conversion and revenue targets.
