We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven B2B Sales Executive to join our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored logistics solutions (multi-modal transportation, warehousing, lastmile delivery etc.)
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across assigned regions.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calls, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with key clients.
Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations and business reviews.
3. Sales Execution & Negotiation
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
Lead contract negotiations ensuring profitable business closures.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing movements.
Identify opportunities to position the company’s value proposition effectively.
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and service fulfillment.
Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
