Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Identify and approach potential clients for Interior Fit-Out, Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Turnkey Projects.

• Schedule client meetings and understand project requirements.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for project estimation and execution support.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain an active business pipeline.

• Maintain records of leads, meetings, and business development activities.
