We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive – Counselor to join our team. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic needs, and providing them with the right solutions while also contributing to business growth through lead conversion.
Counsel students and parents on courses, programs, and career guidance.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into admissions.
Follow up on leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure high satisfaction.
Identify students’ needs and provide appropriate solutions with professionalism.
Maintain records of interactions and updates in the CRM/database.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to achieve business goals.
Participate in counseling sessions, webinars, and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management preferred).
0–2 years of experience in counseling, business development, or sales (Freshers can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
