Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and help grow our digital marketing business. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, understand digital services, and be focused on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales
Generate leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.)
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects regularly
Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets
Client Interaction & Relationship Management
Communicate clearly with clients to explain services and pricing
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Handle client queries and provide timely updates
Market Research & Reporting
Research market trends and competitor offerings
Maintain lead data and sales reports
Share weekly/monthly performance updates with management
Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Confident phone and email communication
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in digital marketing / IT sales
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, websites, or social media marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets
