About Hydro Car Shine Private Limited Hydro Car Shine Private Limited is a premium doorstep vehicle cleaning and detailing company dedicated to providing convenient, high-quality car and bike care services. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities • Promote Hydro Car Shine's vehicle washing and detailing services. • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with prospective clients. • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets. • Convert leads into long-term customers through effective follow-ups. • Build strategic partnerships and explore new market opportunities. • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth. Required Qualifications • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field (preferred). • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition. • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and meet targets. • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
